Establishing routines and procedures in the early childhood classroom influences a child’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. Daily routines and procedures provide opportunities for children to learn more about themselves, the world, and other people within a warm and caring classroom environment. Participants will learn how to develop appropriate daily routines and procedures that offer children a sense of consistency, stability, safety,  and security while also responding to their individual needs.
